Punto de embarque:Hotel del centro histórico u Oficina.

Recojo de los pasajeros de sus respectivos hoteles, haremos una parada en el mirador de Yanahuara para disfrutar de su mirador con Portales de Sillar, luego  continuamos con dirección a las canteras, adonde conoceremos el proceso del labrado del sillar y sus atractivos:

Recorreremos las canteras de piedra volcánica, transportándonos a los orígenes y al modo en que se construyó el centro histórico de la ciudad de Arequipa. Conoceremos la enigmática quebrada de Culebrillas, imponente cantera virgen en sendero estrecho formado por la erosión del agua y el viento a través del tiempo. Además de experimentar sensaciones de majestuosidad y misterio, podremos hallar petroglifos. Visitaremos también canteras en actual explotación y observaremos en vivo el proceso ancestral de extracción de bloques mayores y labrado del sillar que realizan los canteros con herramientas sencillas como la barreta, la comba y el cincel. Nos sorprenderá ver cómo laboriosos maestros tallan en un farallón, demostrando singular habilidad y destreza.
